Pictures after we moved in

Once the magnets hit the fridge WE'RE HOME !!!!!!....hehehehehe

Been 1 week...

Well we have been in our new place for a week now. It sure is starting to feel like home. It has been a busy week that is for sure between cable guys, telus guys, hotwater tank replacement, to window covering measuring, and of course we had our deck done too. Thursday we had all here at the same time doing their thing..lol What a zoo.

Mikaya did well changing schools once they had her in the right class...lol Apparently there was 2 Mikayla's starting school there...My Mikayla showed the other one didn't. The teacher thought she was awfully tall, she didn't like that she walks home and was expecting her to struggle in some areas. Mikayla was looking around the classroom and realized HEY I AM IN THE WRONG CLASS!!!! She politely tells the teacher I'm in grade 5 not 2..Well then the teacher thought that would explain alot.....So within a hour or so they had it all straightened out and she is now in her proper class and grade..lol

Other then that the move went pretty smooth. The weather did decide to co operate. We were worried about that. As soon as I find my cord to upload pictures to my computer I will post some pictures of the house moved in.....

Moving Plans

Well we are getting closer to the move out date. It is definitely going to be a rush deal. Hopefully the people moving in here won't show up right at 1pm. Just hate having people waiting, only adds more pressure to the whole day.

Most of everything is already packed waiting and whatever isn't yet will be. I have to be careful with lifting because I don't want to aggravate Harry the Hernia.

As for our moving crew, we have 4 guys if not 5. The truck should be loaded fairly quickly. I'll have the van loaded with the necessary things and be over at the new place with the kids while the guys load up the truck.

As far as cleaning here well most of that is already done. Just will need a wipe over once again closer to move day.

New Chapter

A few days ago I deleted my old blog because I wanted to start all over with a new one. This is my second blog that I have created. I really enjoy blogging about things going on in our life. Hasn't been to much to blog about since Christmas. January has typically been a long month that seems to never want to end.

Along with bringing in 2008, we are starting a new chapter in our lives as well. We recently bought a house. We take possession March 1. I still find it hard to believe. It happened really quick to. We had only looked at 3 houses and before we knew it, we had an accepted offer. Luckily we didn't end up leaving Chilliwack. I love it out here. I have alot to add to this blog and want to upload some pictures etc. Lots to come Stay tuned.
